Kids Yoga Wagga Wagga: Yoga Incursions for Childcare Centres

Yoga Bears Kids Yoga runs weekly kids yoga incursions for childcare centres, preschools and early learning services across Wagga Wagga, from Bourkelands, Lloyd and Glenfield Park to Kooringal, Estella and the northern suburbs. A trained Yoga Bears teacher visits your centre and leads playful yoga for children from 6 months to 6 years.

Your educators have nothing to plan or set up. We bring the whole session.

Childcare Yoga Across Wagga Wagga

Wagga Wagga summers are hot and the winter mornings are frosty, so centres need movement that works indoors all year. Yoga Bears gives children a weekly active session that ends calm. Our teachers travel to you and work around your rooms and rest times.

Inside a Wagga Wagga Session

Children move through animal poses, yoga stories, songs and movement games, then practise simple breathing and finish with a short relaxation. Programs are matched to age, from Baby Bears (6 months to 1 year) through to Mighty Bears (5 to 6 years), so older children build the focus and self regulation that help with the move to school.
