Yoga Bears Kids Yoga runs weekly yoga incursions for childcare centres, kindys and early learning services across Toowoomba, from Highfields and Rangeville to Harristown, Kearneys Spring and Glenvale. A trained Yoga Bears teacher visits your centre and leads fun, play based yoga for children from 6 months to 6 years.

Toowoomba winters are some of the coldest in Queensland, and on chilly mornings outdoor time gets shorter. Centres use Yoga Bears to keep children moving and settled indoors all year. How a Session Runs

Every class combines animal poses, yoga stories, songs and movement games with simple breathing and a short relaxation. Programs are matched to age, from Baby Bears (6 months to 1 year) to Mighty Bears (5 to 6 years), so kindy children build the focus and self regulation that support a confident start to prep.
