A trained Yoga Bears teacher visits your centre and runs a complete, play based yoga session for children from 6 months to 6 years.

Inside a Yoga Bears Session

Children stretch into animal poses, follow yoga stories, play movement games, learn simple breathing and finish with a short relaxation. Each session is matched to the age group, from Baby Bears (6 months to 1 year) up to Mighty Bears (5 to 6 years), so toddlers get playful movement and preschoolers get more focus and body awareness ahead of school.
