Kids Yoga Shepparton: Yoga Incursions for Childcare Centres
Yoga Bears Kids Yoga runs weekly kids yoga incursions for childcare centres, kinders and early learning services across Greater Shepparton, from Shepparton North and the town centre to Mooroopna and Kialla. A trained Yoga Bears teacher visits your centre and leads playful yoga for children from 6 months to 6 years.
Your educators have nothing to plan or set up. We bring the whole session.
Childcare Yoga Across Greater Shepparton
Greater Shepparton is home to one of the most diverse communities in regional Victoria. Yoga is a great fit, because movement, music and breathing need no shared language for children to join in. Our teachers come to you and work around your kinder program.
Inside a Shepparton Session
Children move through animal poses, yoga stories, songs and movement games, then practise simple breathing and finish with a short relaxation. Programs are matched to age, from Baby Bears (6 months to 1 year) through to Mighty Bears (5 to 6 years), so older children build the focus and self regulation that help with the move to school.
