What Children Do in a Session

Each class mixes animal poses, yoga stories, songs and movement games with simple breathing and a short relaxation. Programs are tailored by age, from Baby Bears (6 months to 1 year) to Mighty Bears (5 to 6 years), building balance, coordination, listening and self regulation as children get closer to school.
