Yoga Bears Kids Yoga runs weekly kids yoga incursions for childcare centres, kindys and early learning services across Hervey Bay, from Point Vernon and Pialba to Kawungan, Torquay and Urangan, and across to Maryborough. A trained Yoga Bears teacher visits your centre and leads playful yoga for children from 6 months to 6 years.

How a Session Runs

Children move through animal poses, yoga stories, songs and movement games, then practise simple breathing and finish with a short relaxation. Programs are matched to age, from Baby Bears (6 months to 1 year) through to Mighty Bears (5 to 6 years), so older children build the focus and self regulation that help with the move to school.
