Kids Yoga Gold Coast: Yoga Incursions for Childcare Centres

Yoga Bears Kids Yoga brings weekly kids yoga incursions to childcare centres, kindys and early learning services right along the Gold Coast, from Coomera and Hope Island down to Coolangatta and back into the hinterland. A trained Yoga Bears teacher visits your centre and runs a full, play based session for children from 6 months to 6 years.

Harmony Early Education at Hope Island is one of our Gold Coast partners, and our teachers cover suburbs from the northern growth areas to the southern beaches. We fit around your routine and work with every room in your centre.

What Happens in a Session

Classes combine animal poses, yoga stories, music and imaginative movement with simple breathing and mindfulness. Each program is designed for the age in the room, from Baby Bears (6 months to 1 year) through to Mighty Bears (5 to 6 years), building confidence, coordination, focus and body awareness.
