Kids Yoga Darwin: Yoga Incursions for Childcare Centres

Yoga Bears Kids Yoga delivers weekly kids yoga incursions to childcare centres, preschools and early learning services across Darwin and Palmerston, from Casuarina, Nightcliff and Parap to Rosebery, Bellamack and Zuccoli. A trained Yoga Bears teacher comes to your centre and leads playful yoga for children from 6 months to 6 years.

No planning and no prep for your educators. We bring the whole session.

Childcare Yoga Across Darwin and Palmerston

With build up heat and wet season storms, Top End centres need movement that works indoors. Darwin centres use Yoga Bears to give children an active, calming session every week. Our teachers travel to you and fit around your rooms, rest times and daily rhythm.

What Happens in a Session

Children stretch into animal poses, follow yoga stories, play music and movement games, practise simple breathing and finish with a short relaxation. Programs grow with your children, from Baby Bears (6 months to 1 year) to Mighty Bears (5 to 6 years), helping preschoolers build the focus and self regulation they need for school.
