Kids Yoga Bundaberg: Yoga Incursions for Childcare Centres

Yoga Bears Kids Yoga runs weekly kids yoga incursions for childcare centres, kindys and early learning services across Bundaberg, from Kepnock, Millbank and Avenell Heights to Kalkie and down to Bargara. A trained Yoga Bears teacher visits your centre and leads playful yoga for children from 6 months to 6 years.

Childcare Yoga Across Bundaberg and the Coast

Bundaberg centres use Yoga Bears to give children a weekly session that gets them moving and then helps them settle, which is especially useful on hot afternoons when outdoor play is cut short. Our teachers come to you and work around your rest times.

How a Session Runs

Children move through animal poses, yoga stories, songs and movement games, then practise simple breathing and finish with a short relaxation. Programs are matched to age, from Baby Bears (6 months to 1 year) through to Mighty Bears (5 to 6 years), so older children build the focus and self regulation that help with the move to school.
