Kids Yoga Adelaide: Yoga Incursions for Childcare Centres
Yoga Bears Kids Yoga runs weekly yoga incursions for childcare centres, kindergartens and early learning services in every Adelaide suburb, from the northern suburbs to the southern beaches and up into the Adelaide Hills. Our teachers come to your centre and lead playful, age appropriate yoga for children from 6 months to 6 years.
It is a complete program delivered in your room, with nothing for your educators to prepare.
Kids Yoga in Every Adelaide Suburb
Adelaide centres use Yoga Bears to build a regular wellbeing habit into the week. Among our Adelaide partners is an early learning centre in North Haven, and our teachers visit centres right across the metro area. We work around your routines, rest times and room numbers so the session fits your day.
A Look Inside a Session
Children move through animal poses, act out yoga stories, play music and movement games, practise belly breathing and finish with a calm relaxation. Each program matches the age group, from Baby Bears (6 months to 1 year) through to Mighty Bears (5 to 6 years), so every child is challenged at the right level.
Why Adelaide Centres Choose Yoga Bears
Focus and wellbeing
Directors tell us they see the difference in children's focus, balance and confidence.
EYLF and NQS ready
Sessions support EYLF Outcome 3, children have a strong sense of wellbeing, and sit under Quality Area 1 of the National Quality Standard.
No extra load on staff
Our teacher leads the full session while your educators support the children.
Trusted across Australia
More than 600 early learning centres have welcomed Yoga Bears since 2019.
What Adelaide Centres Say
